The Apartment

For two guests our base rate for Sunday to Thursday nights is $170.00.

For two guests our base rate for Friday and Saturday nights is $190.00.

From Christmas to the end of January our base rate for all nights is $190.00.

Additional guests are $50.00 each per night (maximum 2 additional guests). 

For infants up to 2 years old a Port A Cot is available on request for an extra charge of $10 per night.

An additional charge may apply for single night bookings.  During peak periods, long weekends and major events, single night bookings may not be accepted.

Special rates may apply for major events and holidays such as the MotoGP, Easter, Christmas-New Year, long weekend.  Rates will be confirmed prior to booking.

The Kiln Suite

For two guests our base rate for Sunday to Thursday nights is $150.00 .

For two guests our base rate for Friday and Saturday nights is $170.00.

From Christmas to the end of January our base rate for all nights is $170.00.

For infants up to 2 years old a Port A Cot is available on request for an extra charge of $10 per night.

Children over 2 will be counted as guests.

Special rates may apply for major events and holidays such as the MotoGP, Easter, Christmas-New Year, long weekend.  Rates will be confirmed prior to booking.

For groups of 5 or 6, combined booking of the Apartment and Kiln Suite will be offered, if available.

For advance bookings a minimum deposit of 30% is to be paid to confirm the booking.  The balance is to be paid a minimum of two weeks prior to arrival at Kil’n Time with the exception of bookings paid by cheque or postal order which must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to allow handling and clearance.

Discounts may be available from time to time for multiple night stays..

In the interests of safety, we will not accept bookings where children are to sleep with adults.  Please avoid embarrassment by not arriving with children not booked to stay with you.

All rates include provision of breakfast to be prepared by guests using the facilities provided.

Preferred payment options include PayPal or EFT or major credit cards.  (We are unable to accept AMEX or Diners Club).
